Changes and Repayments
Every item purchased in Oysho that is not of your complete satisfaction, may be changed or repaid within one month from the date specified on the ticket purchase. With the presentation of this ticket, Oysho Spain will reimburse the full amount it has been paid for the article, in the same manner as it has been paid.
No repayments or changes are permitted to panties and tights, because of hygiene reasons.
It is not possible return of items purchased in another country.
This guarantee is in addition and does not prejudice to the due process and other rights granted to consumers by existing legislation and particularly in the forecasts of Law 23/2003.
