TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:
The gift card (the Card) is the property of OYSHO ESPAÑA, S.A. (C.I.F. A-15026347), hereinafter OYSHO, the card issuer, while the holder is simply the card user.
The Card can be used to buy any item on sale at OYSHO outlets located throughout Spain, but cannot be used in stores in other countries.
The Card may be obtained by means of any of the forms of payment accepted by OYSHO.
The balance of the Card cannot be reimbursed, nor can it be exchanged for money. However, as with all other products on sale, the Card may be returned to OYSHO within a maximum period of ONE MONTH from the date on which it was purchased, as long as the Card has not been used. The amount paid for the Card will be returned using the same payment method used to buy it. In order to do this, it is essential to submit the original purchase receipt and, where relevant, the payment card and the receipt from the transaction. Cards purchased in other countries may not be returned.
The Card may be used as many times as wished until the total issuance amount has been used up, at which time the Card returns to OYSHO's control.
The available balance on the Card at any time is the difference between the balance before making a purchase and the corresponding amount used to make this purchase. If the purchase exceeds the available balance of the Card, the difference may be paid in cash or by using any other method of payment accepted by OYSHO.
The available balance will be shown on the till receipt whenever a purchase is made using the Card. Before leaving the point of sale, the Card user must check the available balance shown on said till receipt. Unless this is shown to be wrong, the available balance on the card at any time will be that shown by the card reader used at OYSHO sales points.
Products bought using the Card are subject to the same exchange and returns policy as all other products bought in OYSHO stores.
Should an item be returned, the value of the products bought using the Card will be reimbursed by increasing the available balance on the Card by the corresponding amount. However, if the Card has expired or if the balance has been used up when the product is returned, the price of the products shall be reimbursed by means of a member's card, which is covered by the terms of use shown on its reverse.
The Card is valid for a period of three years from the date on which it is purchased. After the expiry date, the Card may not be renewed or used to purchase items and any remaining balance on it will not be refunded.
The Card is a document in the bearer's name. Responsibility for use and custody of the Card lies exclusively with the bearer. OYSHO will not replace the Card if it is stolen, lost, mislaid or damaged.
Cards originally obtained by unlawful means will be annulled. They may not be used to purchase goods and the amount on them will not be reimbursed.
The Gift Card may not be used to advertise or promote products or services marketed by third parties other than the issuer of the card, unless previous written authorisation is given by the issuer.
The acquisition and/or use of the Card implies full acceptance of these terms of use, which are provided with the Card when it is bought and are available at OYSHO stores and/or on the website www.oysho.com.
