In which countries can I shop online?

You can currently shop in: Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, U.K., Germany, Greece, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Greece, Poland and Austria.

What languages can I browse in?

The OYSHO.com languages are Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Greek and Polish. Customer Service is available only in Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, Italian and German.

Are the online prices the same as in my usual OYSHO store?

Yes, but if there is any difference between prices online and on garment labels, the correct price will always be the label price.

Are items marked "sold out" replaced?

If an article is sold out we will try to replace it as soon as possible. In the event that there is no stock, we will withdraw it from the website.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Yes, except for handmade products where there may be a slight difference in the finish.

Is it possible to receive regular information via email regarding OYSHO news and offers?

Yes, simply access the NEWSLETTER, introduce your details and you will receive information on OYSHO news, lookbook and events.

Can I cancel my subscription to the OYSHO Newsletter?

In the NEWSLETTER section you can easily cancel your subscription. Complete the details and select SEND.

How do I recover my forgotten password?

If you have forgotten your password you can request it in the REGISTER section. You will receive an email with your new password.

How can I ensure that my purchase has been correctly processed?

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. In the event that you do not receive it, contact our Customer Service department.

Yes. Access the section on orders placed in your account and you will see the status of your order in real time.

Can I delete an item from my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t left our warehouse. Please contact our Customer Service to modify your purchase before it is sent to destination.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

OYSHO.com only sells items in perfect condition but if you have a faulty garment contact our Customer Service department .

What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?

If at any time, by mistake, you receive an article that you have not ordered contact our Customer Service personnel, who will resolve the situation as soon as possible
