Can I return any item I buy at Oysho.com?

Yes, provided you comply with the terms and conditions given below.


Most of our products are classified as being for personal and intimate use and wear, which means that no returns will be accepted if the protective packaging has been opened, or hygiene seals and other protective elements have been removed. Likewise, we do not accept returns for garments that have been worn.


Specific terms and conditions apply to the following items, due to their particular characteristics:


• Fashion jewellery and hair accessories must be returned in their original packaging. They must NEVER have been opened or worn.


• Product packs (packets containing more than one item) such as knicker or sock packs etc., are considered to be a SINGLE item. The packaging must therefore be unopened and no partial packs or single items may be returned.


• Knickers, thongs and cheekies are in contact with intimate parts of the body and therefore, when you receive your order, you'll notice that they come with a protective seal that prevents them from being tried on or worn. You must not remove or rip this small plastic strip if you wish to return an item. In the case of both personal orders and gifts, the plastic strip on this type of products MUST be intact.


• Swimsuits and Bikinis. All swimwear included in your order will have a protective seal or sticker so you can try them on without the fabric coming into direct contact with your skin. If you wish to return any of these items, you must not remove this seal, nor must the garments be torn, stained or damaged.


In the event of any doubts regarding the condition of returned garments, the opinion of OYSHO.COM’s specialised staff will prevail, following the corresponding inspection of the item in order to prevent the fraudulent return of products that have been worn or damaged.

How do I return an item?

You can ask us to collect the articles you wish to return from your home through our courier.
Items must be in perfect condition and have the corresponding receipt.

After checking all details, we will send a courier to collect the package within 24 hours (where possible). To finalise the collection, the courier will contact you. If for any reason the date suggested is not convenient, contact them to change it.

How long do I have to return and item?

The time limit for any return is 30 days from the date of purchase.

Do I have to pay anything for the return?

OYSHO.com returns are always free of charge.

How will I receive my refund?

Once your refund is approved you will receive payment via the same method as you made your purchase

When will I receive my refund?

After approving the refund (the articles must be in perfect condition and be labelled) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.

Remember that the refund to a credit card always depends on the bank.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact our Customer Service department and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

OYSHO.com reserves the right to reject refunds claimed outside the time limit or for garments that are not in the same conditions as they were received.
