Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice: home, point relais, work, etc. or at the OYSHO store of your choice.

Can the delivery country be different to the purchase country?

The country of delivery must always coincide with the country of purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the delivery method selected. Store, Point relais and Standard deliveries are between 3 and 5 working days and Express deliveries will be between 1 and 2 working days.

During the Sales season delivery times may be longer.

How much should I pay for delivery?

For store deliveries, delivery is free of charge. Standard delivery is 5.95 EUR and Express delivery is 9.95 EUR

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, via MY ACCOUNT in orders placed you can see the status of your order.

What is the home delivery procedure?

If you have selected home delivery we will send you a delivery confirmation email when your order leaves the warehouse, another with a tracking number and a link to the carrier website and finally the courier will contact you via sms or email to inform you of the delivery.

What is the store delivery procedure?

If you have selected store delivery we will notify you of delivery via sms (you will have 15 days to collect your goods).
