1. I have just placed an order on OYSHO.COM and I requested store delivery but I am going away and won't be able to pick up my order. Can someone else pick it up for me?

Of course. Remember that whoever picks up your order must take their own accreditation and the order no. for your online purchase. You have 15 calendar days to pick up the order from the store.

2. A few days ago I received by order from OYSHO.COM, but I realised I had made a mistake with the size. How can I change it?

You can go to your nearest OYSHO store and request a change of size or even colour. Remember you have 30 calendar days after shipping date to request any exchange or return

3. I tried on my new pyjamas but I don't like them, can I return them?

There are two ways to return an item:

a) You can go to your nearest OYSHO store and request a change of size or even colour.

b) You can request collection from your home. To do this, go to your account and request the return of the item you want to send back. Once you have chosen this option, mark the item you want to return on the paper receipt you will find in the original box of your order. Once you have completed this process, your carriers will contact you within 24-48 hours to agree a collection date.

Remember you have 1 month from the date of shipment for any returns. You will be refunded by the same payment method used, and the refund period will depend on your bank.

4. I have just made a purchase. How can I track my order?

You can track your order by going to your account on OYSHO.COM. There you will be able to view your order status until it is delivered.
