Regardless of the product´s type, internal labels must be kept intact. 

Most of our products are considered for intimate and personal use, so please respect the following conditions for returning items:

 

Briefs and swimsuits

Knickers, thongs and cheekies are in contact with intimate parts of the body and therefore, their exchange or refund is not accepted.

All swimwear included in your order will have a protective seal or sticker so you can try them on without the fabric coming into direct contact with your skin. If you wish to return any of these items, you must not remove this seal, nor must the garments be torn, stained or damaged.

 

Bras and Lingerie

Exchanges and returns of removable cups and adhesive lingerie are not accepted. When bras come in a box, it must still be closed and sealed if they are to be returned.

 

Stockings and Tights

All tights and stockings come in cardboard packaging. If they are to be exchanged or returned, this packaging must not have been opened or handled.

 

Product packs

Product packs (packs of more than one item), e.g. packs of briefs, socks, etc., are treated as one item so their packaging must not be open and partial packs or individual items cannot be returned.

 

Accessories, perfume and cosmetics

Accessories should be returned in their original packaging, intact and sealed. We do not accept exchanges or returns of cosmetic products.

 

Jewellery and Watches

Jewellery items and watches should be still in their original sealed packaging with the labels, without having been opened or used. 

Items which include a bag or box or contain complementary items (e.g., covers, batteries, belts, etc.) should be returned in their original conditions.

 

Exchanges or returns of garments that have been altered and/or personalised at the customer’s request cannot be accepted, neither can items purchased in another country.

 

In the event that there is doubt about the condition in which the return is made, OYSHO’s specialised staff’s criteria will always prevail, after inspection and checking of the item, in order to guarantee that products are not fraudulently returned when they have been used or are in poor condition.
