1. Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice: home, work, etc. or at the OYSHO store or Drop off Point of your choice.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery periods depend on the kind of shipping selected. For store deliveries, the period is between 3 and 5 working days. For standard home deliveries, the period is between 2 and 3 working days. For Drop Point shipping, the period is between 3 and 4 working days. For Express Shipping it takes between 24 and 48 hrs (working days). During the sales period, delivery times may increase.

3. Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. Go to the “orders placed” section in your account and you’ll be able to see the status of your order in real time. If you placed your order as a guest, we recommend you check the status of your order via the notifications we send to your email address.

4. What is the delivery process for cash on delivery or in-store payment?

In the event of having requested cash on delivery or in-store payment, we will notify you of your order’s arrival via SMS message (you will have 10 calendar days to pick it up). To pick up your order at the store you must show your DNI (ID) and the order number at the Oysho store you selected.

5. How do I return an item?

There are two ways to return an item:

1) At any OYSHO store in France: In this case, ensure to show the articles you want to return together with the e-ticket that was attached to the Shipping Confirmation, which is also saved under your account on our website, and on the OYSHO app. You can present the e-ticket either by showing it in digital form on your mobile phone, or by bringing to the store a print-out ot the e-ticket.

2)Drop Off return: To do this, go to “My account” and select the items you want to return and their quantity. After this step, you need to pack the items either in their original packaging or any other packaging suitable for that purpose (it’s not necessary to print the return receipt nor mark the items to be returned on said paper).

Then, you will receive the courier label by email that you will need to stick onto the outside of the closed package. Finally, you must take the package to the nearest Drop Off point, whose location you can look up using the corresponding link. Please remember that Items must be in perfect conditions with its inner labels. You will be refunded by the same payment method used, and the refund period will depend on your bank.

6. When will I receive my refund?

After approving the refund (the articles must be in perfect condition and be labelled) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days. Remember that the refund to a credit card always depends on the bank.
