1. Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice: home, work, etc.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Next day deliveries: We have delivery in 24hrs (from Mo to Sa)for all the orders placed before 6:00PM excluding the following postcodes GY, HS2, IM, JE, KW16-17, PA61-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-3. The orders placed after 6:00PM and/or on the excluded postcodes will be delivered in 48hrs. Same day deliveries: For all the orders placed before 1:00PM. This is only available for inner London zip codes and you have the possibility to choose between different slots of time between 18h and 22h. During the sales period, delivery times may increase.

3. Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. Go to the ORDERS PLACED section in your account and you’ll be able to see the status of your order in real time. If you placed your order as a guest, we recommend you check the status of your order via the notifications we send to your email address.

4. How do I return an item?

To proceed with this action, it is necessary to go to the “My account” section and select the items you want to return and their quantity.
After this step, you need to pack the items either in their original packaging or any other packaging suitable for that purpose (it’s not necessary to print the return receipt nor mark the items to be returned on that sheet).
Then, you will receive the courier label by email that you will need to stick onto the outside of the closed package.Alternatively you can use the QR code from the email that you received and print out your label in an available drop off location.
Finally, you must take the package to the nearest Drop Off point, whose location you can find using the corresponding link. Remember, you have up to one (1) month from the date of shipment to make any returns. In addition, the refund will be processed with the same payment method used for purchasing. The refund period depends on your banking entity.

5. When will I receive my refund?

After approving the refund (the articles must be in perfect condition and be labelled) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.
Remember that the refund to a credit card always depends on the bank.
