Delivery periods depend on the kind of shipping selected. For store deliveries the period is between 2 and 5 working days. For standard deliveries, the period is between 3 and 4 working days. For Express Shipping it takes between 24 and 48 hrs (working days). During the sales period, delivery times may increase.
Yes. Go to the “orders placed” section in your account and you’ll be able to see the status of your order in real time. If you placed your order as a guest, we recommend you check the status of your order via the notifications we send to your email address
The easiest way to return an item is by bringing it to our OYSHO store (provided that it is in the same country where the purchase was made). Items must be in perfect conditions and accompanied by their corresponding receipt. Bear in mind that you must show the electronic receipt in order to handle any request. You can show it on the screen of your mobile device or print it.*
*You can find your electronic receipt in the communications associated with your order or in the customer portal by clicking on the order you wish to return and selecting the option “in-store return”.
However, there you can send back the goods to our OYSHO store located in AKROPOLIS
VILNIUS - LITUANIA including the paper receipt you received on your original order. Remember that you will be responsible of the direct cost of returning the goods. If you return the product to us at our expense, we will be entitled to charge you for the direct cost we incur as a result. You will be refunded by the same payment method used, and the refund period will depend on your bank.
After approving the refund (the articles must be in perfect condition and be labelled) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.
Remember that the refund to a credit card always depends on the bank.
