1. Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice: home, work, etc. or at the OYSHO store.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery periods depend on the type of delivery selected: In-store delivery takes between 2 and 5 business days, standard delivery takes between 2 and 4 business days, express delivery between 1 and 2 days, and deliveries to Estafeta branches take between 3 and 5 business days. During the Sale Period, delivery times may increase.

3. Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. Go to the “orders placed” section in your account and you’ll be able to see the status of your order in real time. If you placed your order as a guest, we recommend you check the status of your order via the notifications we send to your email address.

4. How do I return an item?

The easiest way to return an item is by bringing it to one of our OYSHO stores (provided that it is in the same country where the purchase was made). Items have to be in perfect condition and accompanied by their corresponding receipt. Bear in mind that you must show the electronic receipt in order to handle any request. You can show it on the screen of your mobile device or print it.*

*You can find your electronic receipt in the communications associated with your order or in the customer portal by clicking on the order you wish to return and selecting the option “in-store return”.

However, you may also make a home collection return: For this type of return, you must access your account and select the item you wish to return. If you placed your order as a guest, you must create an account with the email address you used to place the order. After verifying all your personal data, the courier company will get in contact with you via email within 24-48 hours (if possible) to schedule your pick-up.
Remember, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to make any returns. In addition, the refund will be processed with the same payment method used for purchasing. The refund period depends on your banking entity.

5. When will I receive my refund?

After approving the refund (the articles must be in perfect condition and be labelled) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.
Remember that the refund to a credit card always depends on the bank.
