1. Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice: home, work, etc. or at the OYSHO store or Drop off Point of your choice.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery periods depend on the kind of shipping selected. For drop points and standard home deliveries, the period is between 2 and 3 working days. For Express Shipping it takes between 24 and 48 hrs (working days). During the sales period, delivery times may increase.

3. Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. Go to the “orders placed” section in your account and you’ll be able to see the status of your order in real time. If you placed your order as a guest, we recommend you check the status of your order via the notifications we send to your email address

4. How do I return an item?

To proceed with this action, please ensure to include the item to return in the original box of your order. Once you have completed this process, please use pre-printed labels that you've received on your original order and deliver the package to the nearest Drop Off point in Holland. Please contact Customer Service if your order does not include a return shipping label to ensure a fast and free return. Please remember that Items must be in perfect conditions with its inner labels. You will be refunded by the same payment method used, and the refund period will depend on your bank.

5. When will I receive my refund?

After approving the refund (the articles must be in perfect condition and be labelled) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.
Remember that the refund to a credit card always depends on the bank.
