Delivery periods depend on the kind of shipping selected. For store deliveries, the period is between 6 and 8 working days. For standard and drop point deliveries, the period is between 3 and 4 working days. For express shipping, it takes between 48 and 72 hrs (working days). During the sales period, delivery times may increase.
Yes. Go to the ORDERS PLACED section in your account and you’ll be able to see the status of your order in real time. If you placed your order as a guest, we recommend you check the status of your order via the notifications we send to your email address.
There are two ways to return an item:
a) At any OYSHO store in Sweden: In this case, ensure to show the articles you want to return together with the e-ticket that was attached to the Shipping Confirmation, which is also saved under your account on our website, and on the OYSHO app. You can present the e-ticket either by showing it in digital form on your mobile phone, or by bringing to the store a print-out ot the e-ticket.
b) Drop Off: To proceed with this action, please ensure to include the item to return in the original box of your order. Once you have completed this process, please use pre-printed labels that you've received on your original order and deliver the package to the nearest Drop Off point. Please contact Customer Service if your order does not include a return shipping label to ensure a fast and free return. Please remember that Items must be in perfect conditions with its inner labels. You will be refunded by the same payment method used, and the refund period will depend on your bank.
After approving the refund (the articles must be in perfect condition and be labelled) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.
Remember that the refund to a credit card always depends on the bank.
