1. Where can I receive my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice: home, work, etc. or at the OYSHO store or Drop off Point of your choice.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery periods depend on the kind of shipping selected. For store deliveries the period is between 3 and 5 working days. For standard home deliveries, the period is between 2 and 3 working days. For Express Shipping it takes between 24 and 48 hrs (working days). OYSHO.COM offers as well Same Day deliveries for some districts in Istambul: Avcilar, Ataşehir, Bağcilar, Bahçelievler, Bakirköy, Başakşehir, Bayrampaşa, Beşiktaş, Beylikdüzü, Beyoğlu, Esenler, Esenyurt, Eyüp, Fatih, Gaziosmanpaşa, Güngören, Kadiköy, Kağithane, Kartal, Küçükçekmece, Kurtköy, Maltepe/Kartal, Pendik, Sancaktepe, Sariyer, Şişli, Sultanbeyli, Sultangazi, Tuzla, Ümraniye, Tuzla, Ümraniye, Üsküdar and Zeytinburnu.

3. Can I track the status of my order?

Yes. Go to the “orders placed” section in your account and you’ll be able to see the status of your order in real time. If you placed your order as a guest, we recommend you check the status of your order via the notifications we send to your email address.

4. How do I return an item?

There are three ways to return an item:
1) At any OYSHO store in Turkey.
2)Drop Off return: To do this, go to “My account” and select the items you want to return and their quantity.
After this step, you need to pack the items either in their original packaging or any other packaging suitable for that purpose (it’s not necessary to print the return receipt nor mark the items to be returned on said paper). Finally, you must take the package to the nearest Drop Off point, whose location you can look up using the corresponding link and you will be able to print the label directly from the Drop Off Point office. Please remember that Items must be in perfect conditions with its inner labels. You will be refunded by the same payment method used, and the refund period will depend on your bank.
3) Home Collection: To proceed with this action, it is necessary to access to your account and request a return. If your order was placed as a guest, it is important to link to a new account the email address you used during your purchase . Then, please proceed to mark the item to return in the paper receipt you received on your original order. Once you have completed this process, our carriers will contact you by email within 24-48 hours to agree a collection date. Please remember that Items must be in perfect conditions with its inner labels. You will be refunded by the same payment method used, and the refund period will depend on your bank.

5. When will I receive my refund?

After approving the refund (the articles must be in perfect condition and be labelled) you will receive a confirmation email telling you that the amount will be paid into your account in a few days.
Remember that the refund to a credit card always depends on the bank.
