You can do returns in any store in the same country of purchase. You have 30 days from the date of shipment.

You may request to return at a drop point from the ‘Return at a Drop Point’ section, under MY ACCOUNT. You have access to a wide network of drop points which you can consult here, and 30 days from when you are sent the email confirming shipment.
