In store delivery

Cost: Free Delivery time: 3-4 working days Once the order arrives at the selected store, we’ll notify you by email and/or SMS. To collect your order, you’ll need to show your OYSHO ID or the e-receipt. You can use our store locator to find your nearest store. You have a period of 15 calendar days to pick up the delivery. If a third party picks up the order, they must show the QR code of the order, the confirmation email of the completed purchase or simply the order number. If necessary, the store staff may ask for some form of identification to hand over the delivery.

When it arrives at the pick-up point, you’ll receive an SMS or email notifying you. You have a period of 10 calendar days to pick it up. When collecting your order, you’ll need to show a form of identification and the order number.
