How can I shop online?

Add the desired item to your basket Log in/register or place your order as a guest Select the delivery method Choose the desired payment method and approve the transaction if necessary. If you want to include a gift receipt with your order, click here. If you have a promo code, make sure to add it in the "Got a promo code?" field located in your shopping basket. Are you in a hurry? With OYSHO, you can receive your order, or part of it, in just a few hours! All you have to do is add the items to your basket, choose your preferred store and select the express pick-up delivery method. During the checkout process, you'll be shown the items that are available for express collection and offered alternatives for those that are not available at that particular time.

Can I make an online purchase from a store?

If you cannot find the item you want in your nearest physical store, you can ask our staff to place an order online, as long as there is stock on the website.

Where is my order?

If you made the purchase as a registered user, you can check the status of your order here. For orders placed as a guest, you can track them here. When you place an order, you’ll receive an email stating the scheduled delivery date. If there is any change to the date, you’ll be notified by email. The new date will appear in the email you receive when your order is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, you can find more details about the status on the courier’s tracking. To do so, you will need to access the tracking from your shipping notification email or from the "My Purchases" section. Please note that you’ll receive updates on your order status via email. Please also note that your order will go through the following statuses: Confirmed: your purchase has been successfully completed. Being prepared: your order is being processed in our warehouses. In this status, you have the option to change your order delivery address if you placed it as a registered user or cancel it here. Dispatched: the order has now left our warehouses. On its way: the order has been collected by the courier. In this status, you can track the order. Available for collection: (for deliveries to a store or pick-up point): your parcel is now available to be collected at the selected store or drop-off point. Delivered: your purchase is confirmed as having been delivered. If you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, click here.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as its status allows it. To do this, go to your Orders and select "Cancel Order". If you placed your order as a guest, click here.

Can I change the address of an order already placed?

Yes. You can change the address of your order, but not the delivery method. This change can only be made if the order status allows it. To change the address, you can click here. If you placed your order as a guest, click here.

Guest order tracking

If you placed your order as a guest, without registering with OYSHO, you can manage both your orders and your returns using the contact details provided during your purchase. Order status and tracking You can check the status of your order and track the delivery by clicking here. Returns management You can request a new return or check the status of an existing return by clicking here. To access any of these options, enter the email address and phone number used when placing your order. You will receive a verification code by SMS, allowing you to access the management of your orders and returns.
