For online purchase you can request it in two ways.

​​During the purchase

In your basket, simply click on the option “Is this a gift?” and select the “Digital gift receipt” option. 

We suggest you:

• ​​Include the recipient’s mobile phone number, so they can track the delivery.
• Enter your email address to receive the usual notifications, which include prices. 

After the purchase

The options available will depend on the platform from which it’s requested:

• ​​On the website: you can request a single gift receipt per order.
• In the app: you can request one gift receipt per item.

In the shippìng notification email for your order, you’ll find an e-receipt, along with the gift receipt in digital format.  If you want, you may forward it to the person receiving the order. 

We´ll remove the prices from the tags when we prepare the order. 

For store purchase you can request to our staff at the time of payment.

Returns

You can return a virtual gift card within a period of 30 days/1 month from the date of delivery to the recipient’s email.

Refunds

If you make a return for an online purchase using a gift card, you’ll receive the refund on a new voucher card that will be sent to the email address used when placing the order. 

You can include a personalised message (max. 200-250 characters) with your gift order from your basket by clicking on “Message” in the gift options in the basket.

By selecting the “Gift envelope” option in the gift options in your basket, you’ll be able to: 

• ​Send the order gift-wrapped 
• Include the gift envelope without wrapping 

The cost of the gift envelope is CZK5.11.
