Regardless of the product´s type, internal labels must be kept intact.

Most of our products are considered for intimate and personal use, so please respect the following conditions for returning items:

Swimwear

This can be exchanged or returned as long as it is in the same condition as it was when purchased and still has the hygiene sticker that it was sent with. 

Underwear

Briefs: these can be exchanged or returned as long as they are in the same condition as they were when purchased and still have the hygiene sticker that they were sent with. 

Stockings, tights and socks: these can only be exchanged or returned with their original card intact. 

Packs: items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately. Exchanges or returns of these items will not be accepted if the original packaging has been opened or handled.  

Accessories

These must be returned with their original bag or box intact.

Fragrances and cosmetics

These must be returned in their original sealed packaging

Special packaging and complementary accessories

Items that come with special packaging (cases, bags or boxes) or that contain complementary accessories (cases, mat straps, clips, belts, batteries, extra cords, etc.), must be returned with them and in their original condition.
