Cost: Free Delivery time: 3-10 working days Once the order arrives at the selected store, we’ll notify you by email and/or SMS. To collect your order, you’ll need to show your OYSHO ID or the e-receipt. You have a period of 15 calendar days to pick up the delivery. If a third party picks up the order, they must show the QR code of the order, the confirmation email of the completed purchase or simply the order number. If necessary, the store staff may ask for some form of identification to hand over the delivery. Once the order has been collected, if you wish, you can exchange the size or make a return at the same store.

Payment will be processed once the order has been delivered.
