Return information You shall send back the goods to: OYSHO RETURNS, Spedimex - Sosnowiec 15a, 95-010 Stryków (Poland) including a print-out of the E-ticket attached to the Shipment Confirmation. Remember that you will be responsible of the direct cost of returning the goods. If you return the product to us at our expense, we will be entitled to charge you for the direct cost we incur as a result. You will be refunded by the same payment method used, and the refund period will depend on your bank.
