How can I shop online?

Add the desired item to your basket Log in/register or place your order as a guest Select the delivery method Choose the desired payment method and approve the transaction if necessary. If you want to include a gift receipt with your order, click here. If you have a promo code, make sure to add it in the "Got a promo code?" field located in your shopping basket. Are you in a hurry? With OYSHO, you can receive your order, or part of it, in just a few hours! All you have to do is add the items to your basket, choose your preferred store and select the express pick-up delivery method. During the checkout process, you'll be shown the items that are available for express collection and offered alternatives for those that are not avaible at that particular time.

Can I make an online purchase from a store?

If you cannot find the item you want in your nearest physical store, you can ask our staff to place an order online, as long as there is stock on the website.

Where is my order?

You can track your order by clicking here. If you’ve made your purchase as a guest, you can check the status here When you place an order, you'll receive an email with the expected delivery date. If the date changes, you'll be notified by email when your order is dispatched. Please note that you’ll receive updates on your order status via email/SMS. Please also note that your order will pass through the following statuses: In preparation: your purchase has been confirmed. In this status, you have the option to cancel your order. On its way: the order has now left our warehouses. Ready for collection: (for deliveries to a store or pick-up point): your package is ready for collection at the selected store or delivery point. How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as its status allows it. To do this, go to your Orders and select "Cancel Order".

Can I change the adress of an order already placed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can change the address of your order, but not the delivery method. This change can only be made if the order has been placed as a registered user and the order status allows it. If you have placed the order as a registered user you can change the adress here. If you placed your order as a guest, please contact us.

Guest order tracking

If you placed your order as a guest, without registering with OYSHO, you can manage both your orders and your returns using the contact details provided during your purchase. Order status and tracking You can check the status of your order and track the delivery by clicking here. Returns management You can request a new return or check the status of an existing return by clicking here. To access any of these options, enter the email address and phone number used when placing your order. You will receive a verification code by SMS, allowing you to access the management of your orders and returns.

What is a fraudulent webpage?

They are pages that imitate the official OYSHO website using a similar design in order to obtain your personal details or make you purchase something that will not arrive. This practice is known as phishing and can be more frequent during promotional periods.

How can I recognise an official OYSHO page?

The only official OYSHO website begins with oysho.com, followed by a forward slash / and the country code of your location. For example, for Spain: oysho.com/es. You can check that the padlock icon appears next to the URL, as this indicates that the page is secure. We recommend being especially careful with ads or promotions that you see on social media or search engines, as they may redirect you to unofficial sites.

How do I know if an email from OYSHO is authentic?

Official emails from Oysho are always sent from addresses ending in @oysho.com. If you receive an email from another domain or containing unusual content, do not click on the links or download any files.

What should I do if I think I have made a purchase from a false page?
