Terms and conditions for a return

You must process the return within the established period according to the type of purchase: Online purchase You have 1 month from the date of the dispatch confirmation email to make a return. Store purchase You have 1 month from the date of purchase to return your items. Returns must be made in the same country of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all labels attached. Please note that some items have special conditions which you can find here. We are not responsible for the returns of non-OYSHO items.

Cost: Free This is the easiest and simplest way to return or exchange your order. You can make returns at any store in the country where you made your purchase. Just show your OYSHO ID or the e-receipt. You can return both online orders and purchases made in physical stores. You can use our store locator to find your nearest store.

Home return

Cost: 4,95€ If you want to make a home return, you can do it here. The courier company will contact you within 24/48 hours of requesting the return to schedule collection. The cost of the return will be deducted from the total of the items to be refunded.

If you placed your order as a guest, without registering with OYSHO, you can manage both your orders and your returns using the contact details provided during your purchase. To access any of these options, enter the email address and phone number used when placing your order. You will receive a verification code by SMS, allowing you to access the management of your orders and returns.

Most of our products are intended for intimate and personal use, so please respect the following conditions for returning items: Swimwear This can be exchanged or returned as long as it is in the same condition as when purchased and still has the hygiene sticker that it was sent with. Underwear This can be exchanged or returned as long as it is in the same condition as when purchased and still has the hygiene sticker that it was sent with. Stockings, tights and socks These can only be exchanged or returned with their original cardboard packaging intact. Packs Items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately. Exchanges or returns of these items will not be accepted if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Accessories These must be returned with their original bag or box intact. Fragrances and cosmetics These must be returned in their original sealed packaging. Special packaging and complementary accessories Items that come with special packaging (cases, bags or boxes) or that contain complementary accessories (cases, mat straps, clips, belts, batteries, extra cords, etc.), must be returned with them and in their original condition.
