How can I shop online?

Haven't got our APP yet? Download it or update it now so you don't miss a thing! You can place an online order at www.oysho.com or in the app, or by visiting any of our stores. Add the desired item to your basket Log in/register or place your order as a guest Select the delivery method Choose the desired payment method and approve the transaction if necessary. If you want to include a gift receipt with your order, click here. If you have a promo code, make sure to add it in the "Got a promo code?" field located in your shopping basket.

Where is my order?

You can track your order by clicking here. If you’ve made your purchase as a guest, you can check the status here When you place an order, you'll receive an email with the expected delivery date. If the date changes, you'll be notified by email when your order is dispatched. Please note that you’ll receive updates on your order status via email/SMS. Please also note that your order will pass through the following statuses: In preparation: your purchase has been confirmed. In this status, you have the option to cancel your order. On its way: the order has now left our warehouses. Ready for collection: (for deliveries to a pick-up point): your parcel is now available to be collected at the pick-up point. Delivered: your purchase has been delivered. If you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, click here.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as its status allows it. To do this, go to your Orders and select "Cancel Order".

Can I change the adress of an order already placed?

Yes. You can change the address of your order, but not the delivery method. This change can only be made if the order has been placed as a registered user and the order status allows it. If you have placed the order as a registered user you can change the adress here. If you placed your order as a guest, please contact us.

If you placed your order as a guest, without registering with OYSHO, you can manage both your orders and your returns using the contact details provided during your purchase. Order status and tracking You can check the status of your order and track the delivery by clicking here. Returns management You can request a new return or check the status of an existing return by clicking here. To access any of these options, enter the email address and phone number used when placing your order. You will receive a verification code by SMS, allowing you to access the management of your orders and returns.
