Terms and conditions for a return

You have 30 days from the date of the dispatch confirmation email to return your order. Returns must be made in the same country of purchase. The items must be in their original condition and retain all labels. Please note that some items have special conditions that you can consult here. We are not responsible for the returns of non-OYSHO items.

Return at a drop off point

Cost: Free To make this type of return, go to “My Returns” and select the items for return. For orders placed as a guest, please click here. Pack the items for return, preferably in their original packaging. Take the parcel to the drop-off point of your choice within the specified deadline, following the instructions provided in the return label. You can find a nearby drop-off point by clicking here. The return label will be sent by email and will also be available in the My Returns section of your account. Once the items arrive at our facilities, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

If you placed your order as a guest, without registering with OYSHO, you can manage both your orders and your returns using the contact details provided during your purchase. Returns management You can request a new return or check the status of an existing return by clicking here. To access any of these options, enter the email address and phone number used when placing your order. You will receive a verification code by SMS, allowing you to access the management of your orders and returns.

How can I make an exchange?

Currently, exchanges cannot be made in this country. You’ll need to request a return and make a new purchase.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for your purchase.The time it takes to receive the refund depends on your bank. Refunds for orders made with a gift receipt automatically generate a voucher, valid for online purchases of the Inditex Group. If you made the purchase using a gift card, the refund will be processed as follows: You’ll receive the credit via a virtual copy of the card. OYSHO.COM reserves the right to refuse the refund if the return period has been exceeded or if the items are not in the same condition as when they were received.

Can all items be returned?​

Most of our products are intended for intimate and personal use, so please respect the following conditions for returning items: Swimwear This can be exchanged or returned as long as it is in the same condition as when purchased and still has the hygiene sticker that it was sent with. Underwear This can be exchanged or returned as long as it is in the same condition as when purchased and still has the hygiene sticker that it was sent with. Stockings, tights and socks These can only be exchanged or returned with their original cardboard packaging intact. Packs Items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately. Exchanges or returns of these items will not be accepted if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with. Accessories These must be returned with their original bag or box intact. Fragrances and cosmetics These must be returned in their original sealed packaging. Special packaging and complementary accessories Items that come with special packaging (cases, bags or boxes) or that contain complementary accessories (cases, mat straps, clips, belts, batteries, extra cords, etc.), must be returned with them and in their original condition.
