Ref. 4435/492/408 Padded jacket with FELLEX® AEROGEL filling. FELLEX® AEROGEL technology is made from polyester and contains an AEROGEL component that increases thermal insulation without adding extra weight to the garment. This material is used in astronauts’ jumpsuits due to its lightness and warming capacity.Front zip fastening. High neck and hood with visor, adjustable with drawstrings. Side pockets with zip fastening and brushed inner layer. Fabric with a matte finish, waterproof and windproof.
The fabric can withstand ≥10k of water penetration (10,000mm of pressurised water penetration). The garment is made with sealed seams (critical or completely) and heat-sealed zips that offer enhanced waterproofing.
This jacket has been certified to withstand temperatures from +9ºC (low activity) to -18ºC (moderate activity), during a standardised test with simulated wind of 0.4 M/S wearing a long-sleeve high-neck T-shirt, trousers, underwear, socks, shoes, gloves and a knit hat.
